During C-pandemic I stopped working out. 
I started eating and drinking more. 
Started having all kinds of cravings. 
That led to bloating and feeling like crap. 
I started sleeping less. 
My energy was waaaaaaaay down. 
💦In my head I was going to gym "tomorrow", I was going to kick some butt and be fit again. We'll tomorrow didn't come for many months.
Because midday I was so freakin' tired that I couldn't even think about the gym.
When I did drag myself there, I was be even more tired afterwards and didn't want to do ANYTHING, but sit on the couch.
Kind of defeats the purpose of working out, right?
I had to take another approach to get more energy and dig myself out of this energesless- hole.

One of the things that I did is I worked on my lymphatic system....hear me out, I won't get too geeky on you 🙂
Our lymph's are our bodies trash cans, you need to clean them out. 
OR
Do not take your trash out for few days and keep piling up more on top  ðŸ¤¢.
That's what was happening inside my body. The lack of exercise lead to an accumulation of toxins in muscles. 

RESULT.... LOTS of energy and feeling amazing!
My bruising on my back is from massage/ cupping. got all that stuff moving and grooving. 

Here is what I did:

1.  Cel-Lite Magic™ Massage Oil is what I use for massage and after the shower. Ingredients (such as  Juniper oil) helps cleanse, plus it makes my skin look smooth-er. (Might be sun sensitive, avoid sun for 24-48 hours after using it).

2.  Meditate to reduce stress...on days that I had zero energy I'd fall asleep :)  I use Stress Away or  Peace and Calming essential oils. Stress affects everything negatively, even lymphatic system. 

3. I'd walk up and down the steps or just down the street. I'd park a car further from the store and walk. Whole body movement is a must. 

4. Water! I'd flavor it with Vitality drops and I drank 3-4 30 oz Yeti cups

5. Monthly massage. I made sure that she can work based on my needs vs doing a relaxing massage. Plus she does cupping :) .

6. I flooded my body with nutrients, so it can heal itself. Master Formula is my easy button.

Did you know that most toothpastes and mouth rinses have a warning to not swallow it, if you do, you should call poison line.

I have trouble following this mindset, because even if you don't swallow them, it still gets absorbed into our blood stream. Therefore, I introduced non-toxic dental care to my family.


Here we go:

-  Whitening Thieves toothpaste. First, it's whitening, that had me sold right away. Second, It has special silica particles that won't scratch your enamel...that's a big deal! 

- Sparkle dust. It has pure minerals that help to regain and maintain strength in your teeth. 

- Thieves floss. This little guy gets overlooked, but check this out...A study released by the Environmental Protection Agency indicates that researchers found those who used Oral-B Glide dental floss regularly had elevated levels of chemicals called PFAS. PFAS have been linked to kidney cancer, thyroid disease, and decreased fertility.

- Thieves mouthwash. It's yummy tasting, some people like to stretch it out and dilute it with water.

There’s just something about the nice weather that brings on motivation for a fresh start. So let’s get to it! But wait, before you reach for those cleaners and get to work, let’s do a little digging into those ingredients, shall we?

Did you know? In 2000, cleaning products were responsible for nearly 10% of all toxic exposures reported to U.S. Poison Control Centers, accounting for 206,636 calls. Of these, 120,434 exposures involved children under six who can swallow or spill cleaners stored or left open inside the home. With no federal regulations on ingredients in household products, the only way we can protect our families is to learn how to read labels ourselves.

Synthetic scents or “fragrances” represent an unidentified mixture of ingredients, including carcinogens, allergens, respiratory irritants, endocrine disruptors, neurotoxic chemicals, and environmental toxicants. You can find these artificial scents in all kinds of body care and cosmetic products, as well as candles, air fresheners, cleaning materials, and laundry detergents.

"Synthetic scents or “fragrance” represent an unidentified mixture of ingredients including carcinogens, allergens, respiratory irritants, endocrine disruptors, neurotoxic chemicals, and environmental toxicants. You can find these artificial scents in all kinds of body care and cosmetic products, as well as air fresheners, cleaning materials, and laundry detergents.

In general, there at least 3,000 ingredients that companies could use to form a product’s scent. According to the online “Transparency List” put out by the International Fragrance Association, an industry trade group. It may seem unbelievable, but the FDA does not even require fragrance and cosmetic makers to disclose exactly what they are using to scent products. If companies are using truly natural ingredients, then why be shy? Many will say that their formulas are proprietary, and they don’t want other companies copying them. The FDA website also states how the agency cannot legally require companies to warn about allergens in cosmetics like they do with food.

PARABENS/PHTHALATES
Parabens are preservatives that mimic estrogen. Found in many cosmetics & personal care items. When combined with heregulin, a growth-promoting substance normally found in breast tissue, the effects are multiplied by 100x, contributing to breast cancer, tumor growth &"moobs" (man boobs). Phthalates are a low-cost endocrine-disrupting chemical that in lab studies has shown to interfere with hormone production in rats and mimic estrogen in human studies. Found in: plastic food packaging, lotions, skin moisturizers, fragrance, cleaners, glues, and nail polish.

SLS - SODIUM LAUREL SULFATE
This chemical is used to de-grease car engines. It is also added to some toothpaste, soaps, detergent, skin products... it's in just about everything. It damages the kidneys/liver, teeth, endocrine system, causes hair loss, cataracts, ulcers, major toxicity, headaches, nausea, coughing, congestion, and more.

TRICLOSAN
An antibacterial agent registered as a pesticide by the EPA. Topical absorption has shown disturbances to the endocrine system and is believed to lead to birth defects and uncontrollable cell growth. Found in: soaps, deodorants, cosmetics, shave gel, first aid spray, kitchenware, and toys.
